Different links for different jobs.
Recording guest link
For someone joining a live record room to be recorded.
Producer link
For silently watching and listening in a record room. A producer is not a review-link permission.
Review link
For feedback on an existing edit.
Optional MCP URL
When enabled for a review link, an external assistant receives that link’s permissions. Local host tools can edit directly.
Cloud-hosted projects are planned for v1.
A planned paid option would host your project and audio so collaborators no longer depend on your personal computer staying online. This is not part of the beta.
Plan your collaboration setup.
- Share an edit for reviewChoose a review role, copy a link, and finish sharing when you are ready.
- Recording guest helpJoining, devices, permission, consent, and recovery.
- Privacy and data pathsLocal work, guest links, storage, and configured external services.
Do recording guests need an account or an app?
No. They open a recording link in their browser.
Can collaborators work while my computer is off?
In this beta, online links depend on the computer holding the project staying running and connected. Paid cloud-hosted projects are planned for v1, so collaborators would no longer depend on your personal computer. That service is not part of the beta.
Does everything stay on my computer?
Local editing and local transcription run on your computer. Guest collaboration, configured review-media storage, and external assistants have separate data paths. Planned cloud services would use hosted resources.
